These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website uzzer.com.br (“Website”), maintained by Uzzer Pesquisa e Inovação Ltda., CNPJ 24.295.090/0001-53, Municipal Registration 588.154.2.2, headquartered at Alameda Vicente de Carvalho, 165, Bairro Petrópolis, Porto Alegre/RS, Brazil, ZIP 91340-490 (“Uzzer”). By browsing the Website or using its forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
2. What the Website is
The Website is institutional. It presents Uzzer, our services in strategic design, research, UX, artificial intelligence and training, and our projects and cases, and it offers contact and application channels. No service is contracted through the Website: any project is contracted through a specific proposal and contract, which prevail over these Terms.
3. Permitted use
You may browse, read and share links to the Website for legitimate personal or professional purposes. When using the Website, you agree to:
- provide truthful information in the forms;
- not send unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights;
- not send files with viruses or malicious code, nor try to access restricted areas, systems or data of the Website without authorization;
- not use bots, scrapers or other automated means to copy the Website’s content in bulk or overload its infrastructure;
- not use the forms to send unsolicited advertising (spam).
4. Intellectual property
Texts, images, videos, illustrations, trademarks, logos, methodologies (including the “Human in the Flow” approach), case descriptions and the Website’s layout itself belong to Uzzer or are used with the authorization of their owners. They are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
You may quote short excerpts of the content with attribution and a link to the Website. Any other use, such as reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use, requires Uzzer’s prior written authorization.
The trademarks and logos of clients and partners shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. They appear only to identify completed projects, and this does not imply any license of use.

When you send a message, résumé or portfolio, you declare that the information is yours or that you are authorized to share it. We will use this content only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Business information you share about your company will be treated confidentially.
6. Website information and limitation of liability
The Website’s content is informational and institutional. It is not a binding offer or consulting. Case results refer to specific contexts and are not a guarantee of future results.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Porto Alegre/RS are elected to resolve any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to file a claim in the courts of their domicile, when applicable.
